The Story Behind Turner Custom Coatings
Gary Turner grew up around concrete. His dad ran a concrete business his whole life, and Gary watched every slab get poured and left bare. He always thought of it as unfinished. When he got older, he decided he was not going to pour concrete. He was going to make it beautiful.
Five years ago, Turner Custom Coatings was born in Houma, Louisiana. Since then, Gary has transformed hundreds of garages, patios, shops, and commercial floors across the Tri-Parish area. Every single one of those jobs was handled with the same standard: show up on time, communicate clearly, and do not leave until the work is done right.
Gary knows this community well. People in Houma, Thibodaux, and across the Tri-Parish area value local businesses and expect to be treated with respect. That is the standard this company was built on and it is the standard every job gets held to.

Our Commitment to Quality
Five years in business. Hundreds of floors installed. And in those five years, we have had to redo five floors under warranty. All five were top coat issues traced back to the same batch. Every single one of those customers was taken care of at no charge. No arguments, no delays.
That track record is something we are proud of. The coating industry has a lot of operators who install cheap systems, collect payment, and are hard to reach when something goes wrong. We are not that company. Our 15-year warranty is not a marketing phrase. It is a promise we have kept every time we have been called on it.

Turner Custom Coatings is an active member of the Houma Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce. We sponsor local school events, fishing tournaments, golf tournaments, and baseball events throughout the year. We are also proud sponsors of the local Marine Corps Veterans Association and have donated a full floor installation to their new building.
